Online Banking Alerts

• HSLC may automatically email you from online banking, Bill Pay, Popmoney, or Kasasa, but the email will not normally include links to websites or attachments.
• ~They may include phone numbers to call which will be 419.673.1117.
• ~Email alerts about your accounts will usually come from alerts@hslc.bank or customercare20586@customercenter.net
• ~Customers may request email alert samples from the bank. Contact Us for Email Samples.

Estatement Announcement

• HSLC may email you information about the availability of your estatement.
• ~They may include phone numbers to call which will be 419.673.1117.
• ~Email alerts about your accounts will usually come from statements@hslc.bank
• ~Customers may request email samples from the bank. Contact Us for Email Samples.

Lender Communication

• HSLC may email you information about your loan process.
• ~They may include phone numbers to call which will be 419.673.1117.
• ~The email will come from an employee email ending in @hslc.bank

Automated Calls

• HSLC will never ask you to enter or give account information to an automated phone system outside of telephone banking mentioned previously.
• ~You should always be suspicious of requests for personal banking information.
• HSLC does not have any robo/automated calling or texting other than debit card charge approval from Fiserv.
